I. 责任. Employees of the College have an obligation to uphold the public trust, 保护和推进学院的诚信,并在履行其正式的学院职责的同时,以学院的最佳利益行事.

  1. Has an ownership interest in an entity with which the College does business;

II. 利益披露.Although most Perceived or Potential Conflicts of Interest will be deemed inconsequential, employees shall disclose Perceived or Potential Conflicts of Interest, as well as actual Conflicts of Interest, to their supervisors for review and determination of the appropriate course of action. 主管应要求员工填写一份书面披露表格,说明员工代表学院参与决策的情况. In determining whether an interest needs to be disclosed, 员工应该谨慎行事,并广泛地解释本政策,以支持信息披露.  

3. Agreements, Contracts and Purchases. 当存在实际利益冲突或感知到的或潜在的利益冲突时,学院员工不得故意代表学院促进或签订任何商业协议, including in the following circumstances:

  1. Employee is employed by or is the other party to the Business Agreement.
  2. Employee or Family Member held an equitable interest of more than $5,000 or 5% of the other party to the Business Agreement at any time in the preceding 12 months.
  3. Employee or Family Member received at least $2,000 in taxable compensation (wages, 佣金, 费用, 等.) in the preceding tax year from the other party to the Business Agreement.

V.
